Before starting my own cleaning business, I tried several cleaning services in Edmonton. It was after being disappointed over and over that I decided to start my own service, in order to improve the experience of customers just like me.

I don't want to (or can't) be home
We do not require you to be home. Many people feel uncomfortable being in their house while people are cleaning. You can be there to let us in, then leave, or you can leave a door open, a key hidden, or a door or garage code and not even have to meet the team.
I want to be home
Of course you can be home if you prefer! We will work around you, your kids, and your pets. We love meeting our clients and it is YOUR house and we always want you to feel comfortable in your own home.
I'm worried about my dog/cat/goldfish (seriously - my former business partner popular had goldfish and a popular cleaning franchise almost killed them when they cleaned for her once)
Most of us have pets - I’ve insisted on eco-friendly products personally and professionally since 2005. I had a pet rabbit who died because of a toxic chemical that he came into contact with in my house. Karmiclean Consultants are kind, compassionate, and sincere animal lovers.
I'm worried they’ll go through my things
NEVER. We are professional, discreet, and my consultants sign confidentiality agreements when they start their employment. Plus, we only hire trustworthy, professional, discreet people.
I'm worried they'll steal
The classic fear is not without justification. The only way to prevent theft is to hire great people with proven track records and clean backgrounds who are trustworthy with morals. (That’s my job.)
I'm worried they could break something
Accidents CAN happen. We have insurance and are happy to replace or repair anything that may be damaged during cleaning. we will contact you in the rare event that anything happens.
I'm scared they'll do a bad job and I will have to complain and I HATE complaining

I don't want to clean before they come
Don't tidy before we come if you don't want to or don't have time. Yes, it will take a bit longer if we have to pick up toys or move a lot of stuff around to clean under, but we don't mind - your cleaning will just cost a bit more.
I don't want to worry about telling them what to do
Our Cleaning Consultants have a professional cleaning routine and a and will clean for everyone based on their extensive experience, training, and ability to use their best judgment.
I want to tell them exactly what to do
Also totally fine - you can communicate what you need to us by text/email, in your client profile, or by leaving your team a note. If your requirements differ from what’s included in the service packages we offer, make sure you get a custom quote from our appointment manager as the cost will vary.
I don't want them thinking I'm dirty or talking about my messy house
Just because we are professional cleaners doesn't mean we are morally superior. We care about you and know you are busy and that's why you've hired us. Please relax and know we are not judging anyone and we are normal people too - far from perfect!
